    The Opportunity

    As the company continues to grow, we are seeking a Business Analyst 2, to be responsible activities that support the adherence to sales contract terms that require special processing and compliance validation. This includes, but is not limited, to Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) Administration Fees, Distributor Rebates, customized reporting, business analysis and contract adjustments that impact invoices.

    The Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include the following:

    • Sourcing information to support manual billings and credits.
    • Validating data, identifying and correcting issues
    • Calculating payments based on contract, program or promotion terms
    • Identification and implementation of opportunities to increase business accuracy and efficiencies in both day to day and long term operations.
    • Ownership of GPO Admin Fees process, reporting and analysis.
    • Proposes new and creative solutions for complex issues for review and discussion with key stakeholders.
    • Leading and participating in process improvement projects
    • Processing approved requests for credits and debits
    • Business analysis including reporting and presentation of process and results to stakeholders including senior management.
    • Identification and elevation of business issues, including resolution, timeline and communication.
    • Identify process improvement opportunities, determine approach and lead the process as either an individual or team effort.
    • Working with internal stakeholders and external customers to resolve issues
    • Investigation of customer billing and credit issues
    • Audit support
    • Creating and revising procedures / work instructions according to company requirements
    • Other assigned activities to support business needs


    • Read, interpret and implement processes according to written contracts & approved programs.
    • Ability to create, run reports and analyze reports
    • Presentation skills
    • Troubleshoot / problem solve
    • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs
    • Relationship building
    • Ability to lead projects and prepare / deliver management level presentations
    • Ability to gain proficiency in multiple systems and understand when and where to apply them
    • Independently identify and research problems of broad scope including identification of causals and potential solutions
    • Ad hoc reporting
    • Perform business analysis including charts, graphs and key insights
    • Flexibility to support changing business needs
    • Identify process changes to improve efficiency and accuracy
    • Demonstrates leadership to define and to accomplish common goals.
    • Shares accountabilities, risk, rewards and recognition with internal and external partners.
    • Demonstrates independent work ethic with appropriate balance in escalating any issues or challenges when necessary.

    The Individual

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business required. MBA a plus.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of business experience required, preferably in sales operations, contracting or an analytical role.
    • Strong analytical skills and advanced expertise with Microsoft Excel and SAP preferred.
    • Participation in process improvement projects
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
