    The Opportunity

    As the company continues to grow, we are seeking a Manager, Digital Marketing (“Manager”) who will be responsible for leading the development and execution of an integrated digital strategy (“Strategy”) that leverages our brand and advocates new and meaningful ways to reach, attract, and engage customers across the continuum of the buyer’s journey. In collaboration with Global Corporate Brand and Communications, the Digital Center of Excellence, and the North America (“NA”) marketing team, the Manager will execute a strategy and provide inputs to drive traffic, adoption and engagement of our brands and products through various digital channels and initiatives (e.g. content management, testing, SEO, social media, email, analytics, reporting) that advance competitive differentiation and build brand advocacy. The Manager will implement nurturing programs to convert traffic acquisition to sales qualified leads with the view to increase sales win-rates and marketing ROI. The Manager will ensure demand and lead generation programs are aligned to the NA commercial goals and are continuously meeting the needs of our target audiences with the right usability, design and content. The Manager will actively participate in all business planning efforts (e.g. marketing plan, annual operating plan (AOP), monthly/quarterly operating reviews, as well as ad hoc projects etc…) including market research, analysis, providing insights, presentation creation and delivery.



    The Responsibilities

    • Lead and execute a NA digital marketing playbook that drives an integrated strategy (Digital, Social, eCommerce), delivering return on investment and competitive differentiation that is aligned with our business and customer engagement strategies.
    • Collaborate and support internal, external, and vendor partners (e.g. IT, CRM)
    • Manage NA email campaign strategy and execution, reporting and analysis
    • Work collaboratively with Digital COE to recommend new website features and functionality that improves the web experience for our customers.
    • Measure, analyze and optimize NA digital marketing end-to-end effectiveness / performance across all channels against objectives (ROI, KPI).
    • Support on-market product and new product introductions by managing and producing content for different digital media to deliver an integrated customer experience.
    • Manage and drive search engine optimization/marketing programs and reporting and analysis. Manage and implement test strategies to drive qualified traffic and revenue-binding activities
    • Prepare and at times present business updates for monthly/quarterly operating reviews, NA / ELT meetings and customer presentations and events
    • Ensure all marketing content and programs adhere to corporate brand, communications and legal policies and procedures as well as regulatory guidelines.
    • Work closely with Ortho Clinical Diagnostics Digital Marketing Center of Excellence to ensure marketing content is optimized to achieve and maintain best-in-class content across on-line and off-line channels.



    The Individual

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required, ideally in Business, Marketing or IT. 
    • MBA is preferred but not required
    • Healthcare experience is a plus.
    • Minimum of 6 years of proven digital marketing experience (company or consultancy) including proven experience developing/managing digital campaigns.
    • Strong knowledge of and comfort with a variety of digital technologies and services (web, mobile, social, online tools, inclusive of content management systems, CRM, IoT, and web analytics)
    • Proven experience developing winning marketing content strategies preferably in the healthcare industry
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Experience in working with cross-functional teams with the ability to manage teams remotely, to influence and take initiative.
    • Strong collaboration, communication, presentation and platform skills, analytic acumen and organizational abilities
    • The ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and to deadlines.
    • 10% travel is required, mostly domestic
    • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
