    The Opportunity

    The Customer Data Coordinator is a member of the Contract Management team, reporting directly to the Supervisor of Pricing and Customer.  This position is responsible for effective validation of pricing updates, service and equipment/reagent contracts, along with Customer Master system generated reports.  This position also ensures customer, contract and pricing integrity.

    The Responsibilities

    • Ensuring accurate service audit, contract implementation and MXP billings through contract lifecycle.

    • Effectively auditing pricing updates to ensure pricing in all Ortho System for accuracy of price plans, price bank and SAP.

    • Performing accurate data field audit of Customer Master updates with SAP FIT.

    • Auditing Support and Validations.

    • Reviewing and updating of SOP’s/WKI’s, as required.

    • Process improvement participation and support.

    • Additional activities based on business needs. 


    • Implement processes according to work instructions, training and written contracts.

    • Effectively uses listening, written and verbal skills to achieve business results.

    • Troubleshoot problems/implement approved solutions.

    • Identifies and assist in implementing process improvements.

    • Flexibility to support changing business needs.

    • Maintains and executes priorities in the face of distractions.

    • Time management to meet completion targets with engagement of management if targets achievement is jeopardized.

    • Ability to run system generated and ad hoc regular reports.

    • Uses job-related information and technology effectively to achieve results.

    • Demonstrates a sense of purpose and goal achievement.


    The Individual

    • Associate Degree or Bachelor’s preferred in business related field with minimum of 1 years business experience required, preferably in sales operations, contracting or an analytical role.

    • Analytical skills and expertise with Microsoft Excel and SAP preferred.

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    • Demonstrates independent work ethic with appropriate balance escalating any issues and challenges.

    • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
