    The Opportunity

    As the company continues to grow, we are seeking a Health Systems Executive in Nashville, TN. The territory covers TN, MS, AL, AR.  The Health Systems Executive will work alongside the local account management team and play an active role in delivering innovative and strategic customer focused solutions.  This includes the exploration of new accounts, teaching insights, and taking control of the sales cycle to better develop effectiveness with the Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) customer base while growing the business.  This is a remote position.

     

     

    The Responsibilities

    • You will be responsible for setting the strategy for each IDN and working with the local team to establish the sales process and messaging to be delivered.
    • Additionally, you will maintain contact with the C-suite, execute business development strategies, participate in RFPs, collaborate with senior contracting individuals to facilitate best practices and pricing strategy; and manage the quota, revenue and profitability margins.

     

    The Individual

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.
    • At least 5 years of experience with Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) and Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) markets is required.
    • Minimum of 5 years of consulting sales experience and/or proven ability to develop consultative business relationships while interacting at all levels within an organization is required.
    • Strong healthcare industry knowledge is required.
    • Ability to travel up to 60% domestic overnights is required.
    • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
    • Must have a valid US driver's license in good standing.
