    The Opportunity

    As the company continues to grow, we are seeking a Senior Finance Manager, Supply Chain located in Rochester, NY. This is a lead finance position supporting the $100M global Supply Chain organization. In this position, the Senior Finance Manager will be expected to provide total financial leadership, direction and analysis to the functional management team. As a member of the strategic leadership team for the function, the leader of Finance will play a key role in driving functional metrics, controlling costs, and work closely with the finance leadership, in order to achieve business goals and create shareholder value.



    The Responsibilities

    • Business partnering with Vice President of global Supply Chain Management and functional leaders
    • Lead monthly, quarterly and yearly controlling activities to ensure that the organization is meeting its financial commitments including CNIS, distribution costs and inventory
    • Partner with global/regional teams working on strategic functional initiatives, such as standardization of supply chain operational and financial processes
    • Provide financial planning and analysis leadership for global supply chain and will demonstrate accountability for estimation, reporting, closing and planning processes
    • Develop and ensure financial controls are enforced and adhered to at all 3PL locations 
    • Develop and present financial results at Quarterly Operating Reviews with Executive Leadership Team
    • Develop business cases to support stand up of organization such as make vs. buy, outsourcing, and productivity improvement initiatives
    • Perform other work related duties as assigned.



    The Individual

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited university or college is required. MBA desirable
    • 10 year’s finance/accounting experience is required
    • Supervisory experience is preferred.
    • Must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills and be committed to the timeline-driven process associated with reporting deadline, quarterly forecasts, and other ad hoc projects.
    • Must be a dedicated team player with strong critical thinking skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including high level of proficiency using Excel Is required.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, as required, in a fast-paced, matrixed, team environment consisting of internal and external team members
    • Analytical thinker with excellent problem solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
    • Excellent planning, organization and time management skills including the ability to support and prioritize multiple projects
    • Must have strong business partnering experience. Internal business partners are the VP, Supply Chain and VP Finance Business Operations External business partners are Associates at Third Party Logistics
    • 25% travel to global warehouses and to regions as necessary
    • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
