    The Opportunity

    As the company continues to grow, we are seeking a Customer Experience Marketing Manager, reporting into the Senior Manager, US Marketing, who will be responsible for the successful development and execution for Ortho’s VIP Experience Centers, LabX (Centers of Excellence), customer demonstration & references sites and regional events.

     

    The Responsibilities

    • Creates customer demonstration roadmap, which will enhance sales process, and improve retention and close rate.
    • Manages Rochester and Raritan customer experience centers along with developing strategy to increase awareness and the number of visits and measure the impact - reporting monthly on field execution.
    • Evaluates, enhances, maintains, and expands field-based demonstration and reference sites to improve retention and close rate – reporting monthly on field execution.
    • Collaborates with members of sales and marketing on the strategy that brings awareness and increases the number of reference and demonstration and Lab X sites 
    • Collaborates with US marketing and Business Fields on strategy to ensure that proper branding and messaging is being utilized and reporting monthly on field execution.
    • Recommends enhancements to the Regional Event process that will increase awareness and drive participation in to these regional Events. Measure impact - reporting monthly on field execution

    Breakdown of Responsibilities:

    • 30%: Manage and enhance Rochester and Raritan customer experience centers, including development of the strategy that creates awareness and measures impact on monthly basis in Salesforce.com
    • 20%: Evaluate, enhance, maintain, and expand field based demonstration and reference strategy. Oversee the reference and demonstration site process, along with the strategy that includes improvement to the value that the sites provide and increasing the number and location of sites and measures impact on monthly basis in Salesforce.com
    • 20%: Manage the strategy of regional events. Working with the line of business, field marketing managers and local account team drive awareness of the event and measure impact, developing capability to measure impact on monthly basis in Salesforce.com
    • 20%: Oversee the development of the a strategic new initiative. Including awareness and promotion of each event and measures impact on monthly basis in Salesforce.com.
    • 10%: Other relevant responsibilities

     

    The Individual

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
    • MBA is strongly desired.
    • Minimum of 6 years in the healthcare industry
    • In vitro diagnostics (IVD) experience is a plus
    • Experience in business development, marketing, communications, and or sales is required
    • Excellent leadership, strategy, communication and project management skills are required
    • Ability to travel up to 50%
    • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
